Aargh I couldn’t resist this little cutie; there he was, this morning within my route ginger, staring up at me. So I went about cutting him free and then set about making him ready for his portrait; and what a pretty picture he makes too. The only sad thing is that, as I know he won’t last and before I grow too fond of him I had to dispose of him in the bin. Aagh – sad; RIP ‘Ginger’ darling!

These little felt pictures keep me happy; I could have done with this during the Pandemic. They’re fun and simple to make anywhere and anytime a bit like knitting. However a bit on the fiddly side owing to their size (5cm square).  

However it’s taken me some time to locate the right paints I need for the job. Finally I came across an excellent range of paints called Patio Paints from Deco Art. As the delivery is coming from America it’s going to take some time for them to arrive according to Amazon – so watch this space.

A friend of mine received this concrete plaque as a Christmas present. He wants me to paint it using the same colours as the Welsh flag. As the plaque will be displayed outside the paints will need to be weather proof; so off I go to investigate...
